Where stories become spaces.
Exhibitions are an opportunity to transform comics, illustration and visual culture into immersive experiences. As curator, I develop projects that combine artworks, editorial vision and exhibition design, creating meaningful connections between artists, spaces and audiences.

A Tribute to Odyssey
Curator • Exhibition Design • Artistic Direction
A Tribute to Odyssey was an exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of 2001: A Space Odyssey, bringing together eighteen comic artists, illustrators and visual creators in a collective tribute to Stanley Kubrick's cinematic masterpiece. Through original artworks, installations and visual storytelling, the exhibition explored the lasting influence of one of the most iconic films in cinema history.
As curator, I developed the exhibition concept, coordinated the participating artists and oversaw the visual identity and overall exhibition design.

Josif Design
Curator • Exhibition Design • Artistic Direction
Josif Design was an interdisciplinary exhibition created for Milan Design Week 2016, where comics, illustration and contemporary design converged around the fictional universe of Josif, the astronaut gorilla created by Davide Barzi and Fabiano Ambu.
Developed as an immersive exhibition, the project brought together artists, illustrators and designers through original artworks, installations, live painting and visual experimentation, transforming a comic narrative into a multidisciplinary experience.
As curator, I conceived the exhibition concept, coordinated the participating artists and developed the overall visual identity, creating a coherent exhibition that connected storytelling, design and contemporary visual culture.

From the first online comics festival to a permanent editorial platform.

Corona VS Comics was the world's first online comics festival, created in response to the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. Conceived and directed by It Comics, the project transformed an unprecedented global emergency into a four-day digital festival, bringing together artists, publishers, journalists and readers through live interviews, drawing sessions, discussions and original programming.
The experience demonstrated that comics could successfully engage audiences in a fully digital environment. Building on that achievement, the project naturally evolved into It Comics Channel, an ongoing online platform dedicated to interviews, documentaries, live events and original video content, extending the festival's mission beyond the emergency and creating a permanent space for the comics community.
As creator and artistic director, I developed the project's concept, visual identity, editorial format and production workflow, coordinating guests, programming and live broadcasting while defining the visual language of both the festival and its evolution into It Comics Channel.

From Festival to Platform
The success of Corona VS Comics demonstrated that digital publishing and live conversations could continue beyond the festival itself. This experience naturally evolved into It Comics Channel, an ongoing platform dedicated to comics, illustration and visual culture.
