Every image tells a story.
For more than twenty-five years I have explored comics, illustration and visual storytelling, creating projects where narrative, atmosphere and design merge into a single visual language.
Based in Milan, I have collaborated with publishers including Star Comics and BeccoGiallo, created illustrations for Upper Deck, and worked on television productions for RAI and Servizio Pubblico.
Alongside commissioned work, I continue to develop creator-owned graphic novels, exhibitions and original visual universes. As Editor and Artistic Curator of It Comics, I design exhibitions, festivals and editorial initiatives that promote comics as a contemporary artistic language.
Whether working on a comic book, an exhibition, a visual identity or an original universe, I approach every project with the same goal: creating images that tell stories and remain with the viewer long after the story has ended.
Corona VS Comics was the world's first online comics festival, created in response to the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. Conceived and directed by It Comics, the project transformed an unprecedented global emergency into a four-day digital festival, bringing together artists, publishers, journalists and readers through live interviews, drawing sessions, discussions and original programming.
The experience demonstrated that comics could successfully engage audiences in a fully digital environment. Building on that achievement, the project naturally evolved into It Comics Channel, an ongoing online platform dedicated to interviews, documentaries, live events and original video content, extending the festival's mission beyond the emergency and creating a permanent space for the comics community.
As creator and artistic director, I developed the project's concept, visual identity, editorial format and production workflow, coordinating guests, programming and live broadcasting while defining the visual language of both the festival and its evolution into It Comics Channel.
